Sunday Februari 5 was the first in the series of tournaments scheduled by Ironshore Golf & Country Club for the 2012 calendar year and was an Individual Stoke Play. The day saw 24 locals and one tourist coming out to vie for top spot and fantastic prizes being offered by the tournament sponsors: Appleton Jamaica Rums; Mystic India ,Profumo Duty Free and Bonafide Men’s Salon all at the Whitter Village as well as Parkway Supermarket & Catering.

After four intense hours of play on a course that has improved significantly so that local golfers now refer to it as “Possibly the best greens in the island” Winners for the day were:
George Watt with 1st place Net Score of 63
